As part of his ongoing engagement with key stakeholders across the GOIL PLC network, the Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Mr. Edward Abambire Bawa, undertook a working visit to the Northern Zone of the company on Thursday, April 24, 2025. The visit covered the five northern regions of Ghana—Northern, Savannah, North East, Upper East, and Upper West.
The primary objective of the visit was to engage directly with GOIL’s valued dealers and dedicated staff in the zone. During a fruitful meeting with the dealers, both parties reaffirmed their commitment to working collaboratively to sustain GOIL’s position as the market leader in the petroleum downstream sector. There was a shared resolve to ensure that consumers continue to receive high-quality products at competitive and affordable prices.
In his interaction with staff, Mr. Bawa assured them of management’s unwavering support to help achieve the operational targets set for the zone. He also encouraged the teams to uphold the highest standards of professionalism in their work and to continue fostering positive customer experiences in partnership with GOIL’s dealers.
The visit forms part of the Group CEO’s broader vision to deepen stakeholder engagement, strengthen operational alignment across zones, and reinforce the company’s customer-first culture nationwide.
