GOIL Group CEO & MD engages with Stakeholders at the Southern Zone

Earlier this week, I had the privilege of engaging with GOIL dealers from the South, South-East, and Tema Zones, covering areas from Accra to Oti, Accra to Kwahu, and parts of the Central Region.

This meeting marked the final leg of my stakeholder engagement tour, and it was a deeply enriching interaction with the dedicated men and women who bring the GOIL brand to life across Ghana.

I shared five key pillars of our strategy to reclaim our position as market leader:

1. Customer Experience is Our Battlefield – Every smile, every clean station, and every prompt service counts. Let’s make our forecourts exceptional.

2. Product Availability and Price Competitiveness – We’re working tirelessly with suppliers, banks, and regulators to ensure stable supply and competitive pricing.

3. Operational Support and Partnership – GOIL is your partner, not just your regulator. We’re strengthening logistics, communication, and dealer-centered policies.

4. Brand Trust and National Mandate – As Ghana’s own, GOIL must lead with integrity and serve where others won’t.

5. Innovation and Future Readiness – The future is digital and customer-driven. From loyalty platforms to EV infrastructure, we must lead the transformation.

Together, we will build a stronger, more competitive, and future-ready GOIL.
